As some of you may or may not realize, humans on an evolutionary scale, are on a decline over the years. This can be attributed to many, many things that you may not even realize or comprehend can be bad for you. It is my goal and responsibility to make sure everyone I teach and coach get the best and most insightful information they can get out of me, and of life in general. I have been at some of the lowest points in life imaginable, and I know what it takes to get out of that hole, and to rebuilt yourself from the ground, up. It is possible, I can attest. With my coaching, you will receive the best out of me every single day, and every interaction we have with one another. I hate to see the decline in the overall health of all humans, it is very sad and unfair. I want the best for everyone who trusts me, and decides they need to put in extra work in order to improve their lives. Breaking bad health habits is very challenging for some, which is why I will teach you mental skills. There is no fitness transformation without callusing your mind and your actions. This coaching isn’t just about fitness, it’s turning you into the person with the ability to accomplish everything they want out of life, no matter what it is.
